Steemit Engagement Challenge S9W2; "Water Is The Source Of Life"
Hello friends, how are you all? I hope you are always in healthy. This is my second week of participating in the Steemit Engagement Challenge in the Steem Entrepreneurs community. We need water and water needs to be appreciated, this is for the continuation of life. The earth is old, the availability of clean water is also decreasing because of our own actions and protecting it is our responsibility, not other people, not the government, let alone a water distillation company.
What is the function of water in life?
Water is the source of life. We as humans, animals, even plants cannot live without water. But what happened this time? The water that our ancestors used to drink straight from the spring has been covered in human waste. The most detrimental human action is not appreciating a drop of water that falls.
One third of the earth is land and the rest is water. However, we are experiencing a crisis of clean water. A small example is myself as a housewife. I use water in almost everything, cooking rice, washing vegetables, dishes and clothes, cooking meat, mopping floors, as a cleaning solution, and also making ice. I can't imagine if I have to do all these things using sand.
How do we describe the value of a drop of water?
A drop of water can give life to a group of ants, that is the meaning of water which cannot be counted. This happened to me too. Recently we experienced a very terrible dry season. I haven't experienced a water crisis yet, but in the past few days, even just to cook rice, I have to wait a few hours for the spring water in my well to fill up, and even then very little.
In several countries, especially the eastern part which has the highest water crisis in the world, in the interior where there is no access whatsoever. The children are thirsty, hungry and they only consume ½ liter of water per person every day. Qatar, Lebanon, Iran, Kuwait, and even East African countries also experienced "red lights" This was caused by prolonged conflicts and even the water crisis also claimed many victims.
How is the availability of clean water in your area?
We are currently experiencing a dry season which will be predicted until mid-May. However, the wells in my village have dried up and several houses in the village have also purchased water in tanks to be filled into the wells, and water tanks in their homes. Even the soil and cement at home are also cracked and cracked. I can even wash dishes for up to 4 hours waiting for the well water to fill up a little with spring water.
After nearly a month, yesterday it rained very heavily, and the wells have been filled again. Here, I learned many things, that anyone and anywhere, they must respect water, because we don't know when the water stops flowing and the faucet becomes rusty.

It makes me feeling blue when I knew that you have water crisis in your area.
Yeah for these months we had dry season and some of area got a big impact due to the fact that matters. Alhamdulillah in my area, we still get the availability clean water.
