Family lunch
Today we continue here with delicious lunch.
We had a stuffed roulade, macaroni and a colourful mix of vegetables seasoned in the Italian style.
The roulades are not homemade, but I got them at my favourite butcher.
Just fry them briefly with onions, then bind them with flour and deglaze them with vegetable stock and you have a fine sauce.
