Adventures Around Acapulco, Part 13: Pie de la Cuesta Beach Day

Yesterday was a bit more for leisure than anything and that's honestly what we needed.  Between Tequila being in heat (with a Rebel still whining in the other room about it....he's been at it for days now) and the stress of general life, we haven't really prioritized much leisure. 

John took these photos just before we left of the giant waves.

So there you have it.  We spent a few hours here.  I sat on the beach mostly, as the strong currents were determined to tear the scab off my burn. It felt like what I would imagine being bit in the leg by a small shark would feel like, but I knew better.  John had his fun though, as he spent much of his childhood swimming in oceans.  It got a little hot for me at the end, but all in all it was a good day.
