Share Your Favorite Food Challenge "Moringa Soup"

This is my entry in related to the contest called "Share Your Favorite Food Challenge." Please enjoy reading.

One of my favorite food is Moringa Soup, it is very nutrious and yummy. Moringa has a lot of vitamins and minerals, can cures and prevents illnesses. Moringga has been planted or grow in our place since we have tropical weather. We can make it as our main dish.

These photos are the ingredients:

  1. Moringga Leaves
  2. Garlic
  3. Onion
  4. Ginger
  5. Raw Meat or leftover
  6. Magic Sarap
  7. Knorr Broth Cubes
  8. Water
  9. Powdered Pepper
  10. Oil

Note: The amount is depend on the one who cook, he or she can adjust its measures or sizes, since we have different taste quality.

Procedure of Cooking:

  1. Pour out an oil in the pan.
  2. Suité the garlic, onion and ginger until light brown.
  3. Put the meat or roasted pig leftover into the pan.
  4. Stir until it cooks if its raw or until it become soft and light brown.
  5. Pour out soy sauce (any brand).
  6. Pour out water stir and wait a few minutes until it boil.
  7. Put the Seasonings including Magic Sarap, Knorr Broth Cubes and Powdered pepper.
  8. Stir and wait in a minute until the seasonings will dissolve.
  9. Put the Moringa into the pan and wait until it cook.
  10. Ready to serve.

Personally, Moringa gives me a good digestion and become stress-free. It is good when I have my lunch because I can't by satisfy through eating dry foods or dishes.
