En estos días diferentes, vienen gratos recuerdos de mi comienzo por esta plataforma, en mi cara se refleja una gran sonrisa, al hablar de esta plataforma las personas no pueden creer que haga tanto bien en nuestro ser, que se lleven a cabo tantos cambios. Se llega a sentir esas emociones de cuando uno está enamorado, así es, hacemos de todo, recuerdo esos días que debíamos hacer un reto bien gracioso, ahora lo veo así, hablar a las personas, hacer publicidad era de gran agrado, aunque pocos se motivaran en el momento, hasta tarjetas de presentación tenía...Aún quedan algunas en mi bolso viajero.

You get to feel those emotions when you are in love, that's right, we do everything, I remember those days that we had to make a very funny challenge, now I see it like that, talking to people, advertising was very pleasant, although few were motivated at the time, even business cards had ... There are still some in my travel bag.

Por aquí tenemos muchos concursos motivadores nos sacaban de nuestra zona de confort, ahora tenemos concursos que nos distraen, nos convocan cada semana y con esos recuerdos podemos utilizarlos de anclajes que nos ayudan a mantenernos firmes en estos días, también hacer un bonito recorrido mentalmente por esos lugares.

Around here we have many motivating contests that used to take us out of our comfort zone, now we have contests that distract us, they summon us every week and with those memories we can use them as anchors that help us to stay strong these days, also to make a nice mental tour around those places.

En mi rutina diaria hacer ejercicios para fortalecer los músculos de las piernas es muy importante, esta pelota es mi fiel compañera, con esta pelota disfruto de grandes momentos ya que puedo cuidar mi salud de una manera muy practica, me distraigo y también me ejercito. Con esta pelota hago una rutina bien simple y de gran complemento, luego les explicaré con vídeos mi rutina diaria.

In my daily routine, doing exercises to strengthen the leg muscles is very important, this ball is my faithful companion, with this ball I enjoy great moments since I can take care of my health in a very practical way, I get distracted and I also exercise. Compré varios vegetales para comenzar esta semana a comer más liviano y estar un poco más ligera. Cuidemos nuestra alma y espíritu ya que con esta cuarentena el cuerpo lo perdimos...Es un decir de los venezolanos.

Volviendo al tema de los concursos siempre han jugado un papel muy importante entre los usuarios, son muy gratos, afloran ideas, sentimientos, grandes retos donde nos afanamos por participar, con solo estar en el grupo de participantes, nos damos por ganadores. Muchas oportunidades de emprender proyectos por esta plataforma.

Por aquí hemos tenido esa ayuda para nuestras emociones en estos días, muchos deben de sentir ese agradecimiento de poder andar por estos caminos.Esa fotografía tiene como dos años fue en mis comienzos por estos mundos, participando en uno de tantos concursos. Voy a cerrar por ahora con una imagen que me hace volar hacia esos lugares que he disfrutado, el mar es algo mágico para mi, es verme en ese inmenso lugar tan diminuta, privilegiada, sentirme libre de verdad. Nos reímos los dos y dijimos vamos a llenar los tanques antes que se vaya de nuevo. Que todo pase, que todo se ordene y sobre todo que no perdamos la esperanza.
