At that time, Bang Phli police officers had the idea of ​​using the Drive Thru Service to pay for the fines imposed on the road. According to the police, they not only save a lot of space within their authority, but they can also offer road users a fast and efficient service for a simple problem in which the due fines can be paid.

Usually, when paying a fine in Thailand, you must enter the police station to meet the traffic police waiting at their service counter. You then have to give the official the ticket and pay the fine. With this brand new Drive Thru service, you can pay the fine as easily as ordering fast food without having to get out of your car, police said in Bang Phli.

The problem of finding a parking space at the police station and paying for the ticket is solved. Not only the road users in Pattaya know the problem, if they have to find a parking lot in front of the police station on the Beach Road. In Bang Phli, on the other hand, it is now very easy and done in three minutes.

Hopefully more police stations in Thailand will soon follow the Bang Phli police station and build their own "transit payment counter".
