If You can't rule me ...

If You can't rule me against my will, and I can't rule You against your will, then we can't delegate that right (by voting) to others (politicians). If politicians don't have that right, then it's unethical to force You or me to do what they say us to do. What would happen if at least 10% of the population would recognize that fact, and would terminate their obedience to the politicians? What would happen to the any state budget if at least 20% of the population would "go black market" and start using Counter-economics?
