To be really honest in a funny way,I barely take out my time to
sing and i can be camera-shy when i know someone might
see a clip of me doing anything but singing but i have made up
my mind after being shy to do this sweet thing for this contest and
I can only hope you guys would enjoy my cover as well.

''Perfect'' was released in september 2017 by English singer and
song-writer Ed Sheeran and despite the song being just the first track
for his third studio album it was topping the charts on the UK
Singles Chart by December 2017,a few months after its release.

This song ''perfect'', full of romance and nostalgia for old lovers was
a song inspired by Ed Sheerans girlfriend Cherry Seaborn who was an
old school friend,a girl he had grown up knowing.He actually wrote it
for his girl Cherry who was at New York and because of the
distance between them he never knew her reaction to the voice
clip but kept it.

The inspiration for the chorus had come from an unlikely place when
dancing to Atlanta rapper Future's track "March Madness" on the lawn at
James Blunts house in Ibiza.They were in Ibiza at James Blunt's house
and for some reason,at a certain point in the night they just put
on a house music. He did'nt like house music at all so he changed
it to Future's 'March Madness' and there were a bunch of 40 year
old people who were amazed after amused at first And then they had a dance.

The snowy video was shot on the ski slopes in Hintertux, Austria in October 2017.
Ed Sheeran came up with the idea for the video because he loves Christmas
and he also wanted snow and romance even though it was not a Christmas song

                                          WHY I CHOOSE THE SONG

The first day i heard this song it never meant anything to me and to be honest
i did not see myself falling in love with the song despite having gotten the
song from my younger brother Leo.On one of my flights back to Nigeria i
was bored to death and had the urge to listen to the song and as soon as the
earpiece was on my ears and on hearing the fifth line ''we were just kids when we fell in love'',
sweet chills ran down my spine and it was as if my inner self was awakened
to carefully single out every word in the lyrics of the song,and i would not
lie to you for the next few hours to my flight touching down Nigeria i put
the song on a steady repeat and i had never heard such a heart-melting song
in my life.It is right now the most played in my playlist and i play this song on
an average of five times in a day even while driving to work.

This song makes me feel free as the wind,it sets my soul on fire
and as a lady it just makes me want to dream.haha

I am happy that i can do this little piece of magic song for us steemians.
I love music and believe me doing this has improved me positively.

• I have faith in what i see

• I believe in love till old age

• I now know people who love us should be valued because they are rare

• We have to believe that God is love and sends us angels in human form to love us.
