Coco milk fruity ice cube 🍧

I present you here a variant of one of my previous posts :

with pineapple and coconut milk. It can replace the traditional ice cream with cow's milk and it is delicious and refreshing. You can make smaller or larger pieces of pineapple depending on your envy ;-).

You can also decline it with all kinds of vegetable milk and other fruits.

You can add alcohol too it can make an original Norman hole (do you know what a Norman hole is? It is usually a sorbet or ice cream with alcohol that is eaten in the middle of the meal before going to the main course).
