Am I too late here?
I USED TO BE AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF #STEEMIT
I’ve been with steemit.com since 2017, and was so active during the first few months till I think late 2018. I had invited friends to join and was glad they also enjoyed working on the platform and eventually earned.
During that time we were able to start and develop a community of dreamers and bloggers which we called #steemitachievers with members not only Filipinos but also other nationalities.
It's so nice to know that with this platform I was able to build friendships and that friendship lingers on till this time.
And yes even up to the point of helping one another, as well as meeting in person. In short, we became good friends in real life.

When I technically left this platform, a lot of my friends still stayed until today. This makes me envious, had I stayed that long perhaps I already have lots of stem power now.
PROMOTES CONTESTS/CHALLENGE
I also authored a number of contests that were being joined by a lot of steemians. And it really amused me and bring so much joy considering my situation being away from my family.
I was working then in Saudi Arabia and part of my way of easing the loneliness of being far from my loved ones is to create blogs, at the same time building friendships along the way with people from different countries.
Check these posts below, I really did enjoy all the responses, and even read them all again this time while I am creating this blog. This is what I like when initiating a contest or challenge when a lot of people shared their views in response to the question given.
PARTICIPATED LOTS OF GAMES/CONTESTS
Aside from creating or hosting my own games/challenge/contests I also joined lots of contests like the famous STEEMIT OPEN MIC CHALLENGE by @luzcypher & @pfunk, black and white challenge, 5 minutes free write challenge, @juliank's photography contest, also participated in the #marketfriday post initiated by @dswigle and a lot more.
I think I am on #steemit every single day until all of a sudden, I stop due to the abrupt decrease of the value of #sbd and #steem. Yes, honestly that was the main reason although at that time I already left Saudi Arabia for good so when I stayed home with my family, I spent more time with them than with #steemit.
So that made me being away from #steemit for quite some time.
Now after few years, I did visit #steemit once in a while but not that often for me to be able to save some #sbd or #steem. I was thinking that #steemit will no longer be around for long that is why I used my remaining #sbd and #steem.
I also thought that #steemit will be replaced with hive but I was wrong, the two platforms are now thriving separately.
AM I TOO LATE?
I made several attempts to come back but due to some reasons, I was not able to continue. Now I am wondering if it’s already late for me to start all over again.
This time I find it hard to attract other steemians to patronize my post, I mean not like before when a number of steemians were already following my posts and get a considerable amount of upvotes from them regularly.
Kindly check the posts below which I think the highest upvotes that I got in my entire stay.
I always think that everything happens for a reason and that while we are still alive there’s always hope.
This made me want to commence creating content again here on #steemit but the question is how am I going to start? There are a lot of things that I need, like #steempower, more followers, and most of all time.
But I’ll do my best. Maybe it will take time but I know my vision and dreams will never happen if I don’t act right now.
Anyway, here are some of my friends here on #steemit although some of them are still active till this time I also wish to see all of them again here on #steemit.

Welcome back sir long or welcome back pud ko (balik loob) ahaha. Its been three years since I laylow due to the previous project I was working with.
But thanks to the inspiration of everyone. I came back filled with good energy from everyone.
