I Have Heard that there is a Celebration Going on.
Greetings.
It has come to my attention that your system is celebrating a very important event. I am still trying to grasp the intricacies of all of your planet's primitive customs. Many of them simply do not make sense to someone as intelligent as I am. Today's celebration is no exception.
Although I have destroyed many planets and cultures, I have yet to find any others that celebrate an occasion like you are today. I understand the reason behind the celebration. After all, it is the anniversary of the most monumentally important thing to happen to your planet in its 4.543 billion year existence... but the timing seems odd.
Why are you celebrating the day I graced steemit with my presence today? It has only been 8 months. Typically, these remarkable occasions are celebrated on the one year anniversary of their occurrence.
Although I find the timing of your celebration of my appearance strange, I am honored. As a result, I will join you in this anniversary celebration. Although it truly cannot be called an "anniversary" because those are based on your years. You are actually celebrating my 8th mensiversary here.

Lord Vader, if you can spare some time from your Ewok hunting, or whatever else you do to celebrate notable events, we will be glad to join you in celebrating the Earth anniversary of your arrival on Steemit.
I believe I will celebrate the occasion today by using your digital representation to hunt Ewoks in a game we have called Star Wars: Battlefront II. Alas, I cannot hunt the real thing.
Training is essential. I may need to call upon you to use your skills if we decide to take your land in order to breed delicious Ewoks.
