Today I finally dare to show a digital drawing that I did these past days, I have always liked drawing, especially pencil drawing and I usually draw in my spare time (which are few lol).
I had already looked at digital drawing creations and I was curious and I said to myself:
why not?
So... I decided to try it and experiment, resulting in this simple drawing based in my own photography, I hope you like it.

^{El día de hoy por fin me atrevo a mostrar un dibujo digital que hice estos días pasados, siempre me ha gustado el dibujo especialmente dibujo a lápiz y suelo dibujar en mis ratos libres ( los cuales son pocos jejeje) había mirado ya creaciones de dibujos digitales y me dio curiosidad y me dije:
¿por qué no?
Me decidí a probarlo e ir experimentando, resultando este sencillo dibujo, espero les agrade.}

Step 1

I decided to make a simple background, giving some blue color free strokes, to simulate a sky, and under i make strokes green, to create grass.

^{Decidí hacer un fondo sencillo, dando unos trazos libres color azul para simular un cielo, y debajo de éste hacer trazos verdes para la creación de hierba.}

Step 2

I Increase a layer where I started to draw the Mantis, the leaves where it would be perched and a small twig, these strokes are thinner and more accentuated, when drawing the insect I decided to add some small details to the body pointing out folds that they form naturally in her.

^{Aumente una capa donde me dispuse a dibujar la Mantis, las hojas donde estaría posada y una pequeña ramita, estos trazos son más delgados y acentuados, al dibujar al insecto decidí agregarle algunos pequeños detalles en el cuerpo señalando plieges que se le forman naturalmente.}

Step 3

Adding this layer, i started to add color to the insect, starting with the shadows, detailing the places that needed depth. Afterwards, I adding other shades, always from dark to light, so that the transition would be more subdued and the colors and tones would better mix.
I made the same process with the leaves, shades first creating depth and, therefore light tones, degrading the previous colors, trying to create a smooth and homogeneous appearance.

^{Añadiendo esta capa me dispuse a agregar color al insecto, comenzando por las sombras, detallando los lugares que necesitaban profundidad, Depsues fui agregando otras tonalidades, siempre de lo más oscuro a lo claro para que la transición sea más tenue y logren mezclarse mejor los colores y tonos, realicé el mismo proceso con las hojas, sombras primero creando profundidad y por consiguiente tonos claros, fui degradando los colores anteriores, tratando crear un aspecto suave y homogéneo.}

Final score

I Unify the previous layers resulting in a complete drawing, i quite happy with the result, a fairly simple drawing, but being the first time i experimented with this, I was very satisfied and happy.

I will continue practicing and instructing myself in this, for the next few days I will continue to share some of my other works and I will be interspersing pencil and digital drawings.

Unifique las capas anteriores resultando un dibujo completo, queda bastante feliz con el resultado, un dibujo bastante sencillo pero siendo la primera vez que experimento en esto, quedé muy satisfecha y feliz.}
