... for my family! This summer’s been a great one for me over here in the UK 🇬🇧 I would have usually been travelling abroad for some of it but due to COVID I’ve been forced to stay home and explore more of my local area and it’s been lovely. I’ve been able to spend more time with my family, take pleasure in the little things and enjoy a slower pace of life. I’ve always tried to enjoy the little things that bring me joy but this period has made me do it even more... this has been the time I didn’t ask for and definitely didn’t want BUT that maybe in some ways I needed. Happiness comes in many forms and I’ve been lucky to experience a whole lot of it recently: picking ripe berries on a sunny day, carrying my nieces and nephews on my back more than ever before, exploring places close to my home that I never would have gone to otherwise. Keep smiling my friends, and look for the beauty in the small things; I honestly believe the more we do this, the better our lives are. Big love ❤️
