Good Day Steem Foods!
Hi everyone from Steem Foods, I just want to quickly share these dishes I cooked when I was back in my hometown province here in the Philippines.
The Seafood there is abundant and is very cheap, and they taste really fresh and delicious!
The first dish is stir-fried shrimp. It's very simple but very delicious since these shrimp were fresh-caught within that day too.
Next up is Ginataang Suso or Snail cooked in coconut milk. With some ginger, this tastes really good. You just have to slurp the insides to get the snail from the shell.
Lastly, this is a classic Pinoy favorite. Inihaw na Bangus or Grilled Milkfish. It looks simple but the insides are stuffed with green chilis, tomatoes, garlic, and onion. It's a big bonus if the fish itself has lots of belly fat because that's the best part of this fish!
Your post has been very nice. Thank you for cooking so beautifully.
Thanks a lot man!
