Promising Crypto To Invest In Post-Correction - Government Endorsed Blockchain

It's been a whirlwind couple of days taking profits and waiting out the storm that has seen BTC drag the entire market down. I managed to get out of Ethereum, taking profit and then buying lower. Dream come true!

I've been doing some research to diversify in my crypto investments this year and have found a BIG winner. So big that Bill Gates himself awarded a grant to this blockchain startup. They have been working hard on a blockchain that centers on defense systems to possibly be used by the Department of Homeland Security and large defense contractors like Lockheed Martin. Last year, the DHS underlines blockchain technology as “an innovative leap forward that has many uses and applications across multiple sectors of the economy” whilst announcing its continuing research and development of blockchain technology.

Okay, so the name of the crypto is Factom! I wanted to create a little suspense.

Anyways, Bill Gates has endorsed this small startup of 26 employees based in Austin, Texas. They've grown significantly, however, creating satellite office in California, China, and the UK. They have received a great deal of support from big players who see Factom as the future of defense systems across the globe. In March of this year, the U.S. DHS unleashed a second, follow-up grant to Factom designed “to advance the security of digital identity for IoT devices.”

Compared to other cryptocurrency, Factom is comparatively small, with a market cap of just over $98 million. However, this is coupled with an equally small circulating supply, of 8.7 million FCT. Factom ranks as #26 on the Market Cap list of all cryptocurrency.

With even more growth, support from investors, and ultimately, time, Factom could grow to be a massive defense contractor, integrating its blockchain technology into international defense systems for increased safety and military collaboration across the globe.
