Week 2 of the reduce - reuse - recycle challenge
Week 1 had wonderful participation. In each of the participants' posts, it was very encouraging to read how wonderful the experience was. Creating crafts with scraps for our home provides great esteem. It's incredible to be able to see with our own hands wonderful eco-friendly sewing projects. ♻️ So get out your scraps again, this time made of more resistant fabrics, because we are going to create a beautiful and practical keychain, bracelet-style.
The reduce-reuse-recycle challenge is undertaken to:
- To motivate you to make practical and useful pieces for your home.
- Reuse any scrap or piece of fabric to give your materials a second chance.
- Recycle ♻️ and become a more conscious person about caring for our planet.
- Develop patience, coordination, creativity, and even logical-mathematical calculations.
- Discover your manual skills.
Let's begin with our week 2 activity in season 30.
Make a bracelet-style keychain for yourself or as a gift
We will complete this activity in 7 steps:
Step 1: Selection. Choose the colors of the fabric scraps you plan to work with. I chose jeans and several scraps of cotton fabric. Remember that after selecting, you have to iron.
Step 2: Preparation. I gathered everything I needed to start the activity.
Step 3: I begin the activity. I mark the length and width of the denim strips and the bias binding on the edge.
Step 4: I placed the bias tape on the edges, and stitched it.
Step 5: I inserted the metal piece and then placed a small piece of scrap fabric around the tip of the piece.
Step 6: After closing both ends, I turn the piece over and apply another stitch to secure it.
Step 7: This completes our bracelet-style keychain.
And just like that, we have our bracelet-style keychains.

An other easy and creative craft share with us in week:2 ... Usually sewing crafts little bit difficult to understand but your video tutorial helped out every one who really wants to make there own bracelet style key chain ⛓️ from scrap fabric I had all material on my hand due to busy schedule and responsibilities carried out in this month as a curator and steemit challenge organiser and yes holy month Ramzan also going on we took fast during the whole month but I got time will definitely try to share my best by my Hand niddle magic I hope you will appreciate like as before.
