Lunch at Ah Bui and Chin, Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia
A very popular place to eat lunch is at Ah Bui and Chin restaurant here in Miri, Malaysia. My wife and I went to eat there for lunch a few days ago.
This is where some of the preparation for the food. However, it is slightly a bit more hot as the heat gets trapped in here. For good tasting food, it is worth it. =)
The menu
There are loads of different type of food to choose from and the food is cooked very fast. After ordering, the food came within 10 minutes.
Hot cup of sugarless coffee
This is my favourite drink. Sugarless coffee to get the caffeine in my blood. The best beverage makers can make good coffee without sugar so this is the ultimate test for their skill whether they could balance the milk content with coffee.
Nestum Chicken Rice
This is delicious given the amount of nestum that covers the fried chicken meat.
Wan Tan Hoe
This is noodles in gravy. One of the best noodles here. The gravy marinates the noodles.
