One of the most prominent occupations known as the summer growth in Moroccan society is the brokerage of furnished apartments for rent during the summer months, sale of Indian figs, henna engraving and sea rescue, as well as the sale of coffee and sweets, and sun loungers and chairs on the beaches.
At the entrance to every tourist city in Morocco, such as Tangiers, Marrakech, Agadir, Asilah, Essaouira, Saidia and others, boys and young men of different ages are waving the keys of furnished apartments offered by their owners for rent to foreign tourists or people who intend to spend an enjoyable summer holiday.
من أبرز المهن التي تعرف تنامياً ملحوظاً خلال فصل الصيف في المجتمع المغربي، سمسرة الشقق المفروشة للإيجار خلال أشهر العطلة الصيفية، وبيع التين الشوكي (الهندية)، والنقش بالحنّاء، والإنقاذ البحري، فضلاً عن بيع القهوة والحلويات وتأجير الشماسي والكراسي على شواطئ البحر.

Their mission is to monitor vacationers when they enter the sea and rescue those who may be drowning. In the context, others take advantage of the overcrowding of beaches to sell some drinks such as coffee with Moroccan spices with a fine smell. But that does not generate much money, but it may help these young people to secure some of their expenses.
خلال فصل الصيف، تنتشر كذلك مهن أخرى مرتبطة ارتباطاً وثيقاً بالشاطئ والبحر، من قبيل تأجير الشماسي أو الكراسي للمصطافين. ثمّة مهنة أخرى لا تظهر إلا في الصيف وهي تدريب السباحة أو الإنقاذ البحري، ويعمل فيها شباب طيلة الفصل لقاء بدل مالي متواضع. أمّا مهمتهم فمراقبة المصطافين عند دخولهم إلى البحر وإنقاذ من قد يتعرّض منهم للغرق. في السياق، ينتهز آخرون فرصة اكتظاظ الشواطئ من أجل بيع بعض المشروبات مثل القهوة بالتوابل المغربية ذات الرائحة الزكية. لكنّ ذلك لا يدرّ كثيراً من المال، إلا أنّه قد يساعد هؤلاء
