Everyone would want to succeed in the field of work, if successful in the job of our career will be better and better. But to be successful in the work we live clearly there must be an effort that we must pay in order to succeed. So, how can we succeed in the job?

1. Have Passions
   Yes, that success begins with your passions or passions. Make sure you work in areas that are of interest to you.    Make a praise as your daily activities, including in work. Praise people who are related to you, whether it's your client or co-worker. If you are diligent in giving compliments then you will be more easily accepted, and you are quickly recognized: D.

1. Have Vision To Hire Others
   Yes, this vision needs to be embedded for everyone who wants to succeed. Do not expect forever you can be successful if you continue to be employed by others, focused and forward-looking is that you will someday have to hire someone else.
