1000 DAYS OF STEEM — The Diary Game — 31/01/2021 - Last day of the month, Sunday...

Here it is, today I wanted to dedicate my daily post to cooking, as they gave us some fish and part of it was used to prepare a first course and a second / side dish...

In the photo at the entrance, some "whole-wheat linguine with sea flavor" were created, with a delicate and characteristic flavor, if I really have to express my absolute preference, I would have preferred thick spaghetti with a greater quantity of clams, but the Linguine, so I really enjoyed them, fish is good for health, even better than meat, at least in my humble opinion, this was fresh, left over from the sale in a fish shop of a friend of mine...

The other dish, which you see above, is a side dish, or it can also be considered as a second course, is the Octopus with Potatoes, a cold dish, also very tasty, with these two courses we had lunch, still a pleasant aftertaste in my mouth, I will tell you that I have not even taken the coffee, to avoid that the strong aroma of the nervina drink could eliminate the taste of the fish products I had eaten...

This afternoon I stayed at home, it is not very cold outside, but an icy wind blows which has helped to lower the perception of temperature, for some time I have persistent pain in my right forearm, which is quite strange as I am left handed , the cold temperatures often contribute to amplify this pain, which I hope will go away, sooner or later, which is why I am here, in front of the computer screen, that I delight in the various sites I know, among which Steemit certainly covers a primary importance...

It is now night, I have closed the shutters of the house in which we live, a pinch of melancholy assails me every now and then, when I do this thing, in recent times it is a prerogative that belongs to me almost by right, a task that I accomplish thinking a lot in general, to what is happening to us, in the hope that everything can end as soon as possible, without major accusations, just today a user on another platform has ruled that the pandemic will end in 2027, honestly speaking, I have made all the warnings of the world...

Ecco qua, oggi ho voluto dedicare il mio post quotidiano alla cucina, in quanto ci hanno regalato del pesce e una parte è stato utilizzato per preparare un primo piatto e un secondo/contorno...

Nella foto d'ingresso sono state realizzate delle "Linguine integrali al sapore di Mare", dal sapore delicato e caratteristico, se proprio devo esprimere la mia preferenza assoluta, avrei preferito degli spaghetti grossi con una maggiore quantità di vongole, ma erano buonissime anche le Linguine, per cui me le sono gustate veramente tanto, il pesce oltretutto va bene alla salute, meglio anche della carne, almeno a mio modesto avviso, questo era fresco, rimasto dalla vendita in una pescheria di un mio amico...

L'altro piatto, che vedete qui sopra, è un contorno, oppure può anche essere considerato come una seconda portata, è il Polipo con Patate, piatto freddo, anche lui molto gustoso, con queste due portate abbiamo pranzato, mi è rimasto tuttora un piacevole retrogusto in bocca, vi dirò che non ho nemmeno preso il caffè, per evitare che il forte aroma della bevanda nervina potesse eliminare il sapore dei prodotti ittici che avevo mangiato...

Questo pomeriggio sono rimasto a casa, non è freddissimo di fuori, ma soffia un vento gelido che ha contribuito ad abbassare la percezione della temperatura, da un po' di tempo ho un dolore persistente all'avambraccio destro, fatto abbastanza strano in quanto sono mancino, le temperature rigide spesso contribuiscono ad amplificare questo dolore, che mi auguro che se ne vada, prima o poi, ragion per cui sono qua, davanti allo schermo del computer, che mi diletto nei vari siti che conosco, tra cui certamente Steemit riveste una primaria importanza...

Ormai si è fatta notte, ho chiuso gli scuri dell'abitazione in cui viviamo, un pizzico di malinconia ogni tanto mi assale, quando faccio questa cosa, negli ultimi tempi è una prerogativa che mi spetta quasi di diritto, un compito che assolvo pensando molto in generale, a quello che ci sta succedendo, nella speranza che tutto possa finire al più presto, senza grandi delazioni, proprio oggi un utente su un'altra piattaforma ha sentenziato che la pandemia finirà nel 2027, onestamente parlando, ho fatto tutti gli scongiuri del mondo...
