Today in this post I'm going to introduce to you
my favorite chef in the house. Who do you think it is? 🤗
My favorite chef is my cousin @wizzyboy3
Yes, I have chosen my cousin @wizzyboy3 as my favorite chef. Why did I chose him?
Well, for one thing, my wizzyboy3 has a great passion for cooking even at his young age he always come to the kitchen to assist us in making meals and he likes to take the forefront. Most times we allow him to make simple meals by himself and see what comes out of it, haha.
In my country it is rare to see a boy who has passion for cooking, it is regarded as work for ladies here. My favorite chef doesn't care about any of that, haha. He loves to make meal and has decided to be a food and nutritionist in the future. His two best hobbies are cooking and drawing but the one he enjoys most among the two is cooking. Even in school he loves to represent them there as a chef during school parties.

His favorite recipe is the omelette which I'm going to show you how he made it.
Making the omelette
Making the omelette doesn't take much from him, he only uses a few ingredients to achieve what he wants and he also knows the right quantity for it.

| Green pepper | to taste |
| Red fresh pepper | to taste |
| Salt | to taste |
| Vegetable oil | a little for greasing the pan |

The making
He begins the preparation by chopping the onions and the pepper.

And then he beats the egg and gets everything set to begin.

Next he greases the pan to get it ready for the omelette. He makes sure he set it in a low heat so that it will not be burnt and it will look perfect when it's done.

Next he start making by putting the egg in t he pan, and then he starts putting the toppings in it.

He is very good at handling the pan. He makes sure that he watches what he is cooking and that nothing really goes wrong.

He ask me to make a video of him but he was almost done with the recipe. In the video below he says he is making omelette and that he wants to be a nutritionist in the future.
So the omelette is done and ready to be served by my favorite chef...
The preparation for the omelette only takes 3 steem and it's super easy to make.
Each meal he is able to make gives him great joy. Below you see him with some of the meals he has prepared at home.

It's great to have a chef like him at home, at least with his assistance everything is ready in a while and he can learn really fast as well. I hope he becomes the world's favorite chef in the future 😊.
