How To Do Meditation To Help Calm The Mind...

in #meditation5 years ago

Hello Everyone,

I made a brief mention of this in a video conversation a year ago. I'll rewrite it literally to reclaim it. These days, our minds can get distracted and meditate. When meditating, one must create the right environment for meditation. That environment should be free from obstacles. There should be a preparation before engaging in yoga and meditation exercises. Wear a loose dress for that. Use a suitable mat to cover the floor.

In the morning and night, meditation is acceptable. That is why meditation is recommended in the morning and at night. It is generally not advisable to practice yoga or meditation for hours after a heavy meal. Once the lining is covered, sit in a comfortable position. Cross your feet and sit down. Place the right hand on the left hand. Keep the spine straight. You can engage in a meditation of your choice.

To practice meditation, one must first be passionate about it. This desire is most useful for meditation. For some people, it is difficult to assemble their minds. It is very difficult to maintain mental integrity. Such people need to pay close attention to something.

All thoughts and actions vary according to the individual. Therefore, people who are unable to assemble their minds should meditate for five minutes on the first day. Once you understand that, you can increase that time. (You can increase your meditation time by ten minutes on the third day and up to twenty minutes per week.)

If you cannot meditate successfully on the first day, do not give up. Start again on the third day. If you cannot continue, try again. As a result of your efforts, you will be well-equipped to engage in daily meditation. If you practice meditation for 15 minutes every day and 15 minutes before bedtime, you will find many benefits. The results of meditation have been presented in a previous article, so no need to re-write. Thanks for reading. If you have any question please ask any questions.

Hi @madushanka

I was just wondering - Did you ever hear about Wim hof breathing techniques? I never tried meditation but I do that breathing and it does seem to be quite similar.

upvote on the way :)
cheers, Piotr
