My 2019 : Achievements And Failures // How I find success in my whole life @madushanka

This is my submission into this amazing contest, My 2019, Achievements and Failures. First of all thank @anomadsoul for hosted this contest and another thanks given to @blocktrades and @ocd teams for the sponsorship this contest.

The 2019 year is just 13 days away. This year has been a very good year for me, a year that has inspired some success in life and steemit. All people should remember that the average time is 365 days a year. Time is gold and precious, and I firmly believe that all opportunities should be utilized in this short period of time. I have also suffered some defeats in the short period of 2019. But those defeats will help them win and 2019 can be said to be a year of great experience.

My Personal Achievements

Having been in the habit of saving money since the beginning of the year, I was able to make a huge improvement in my bank account in 2019. In April 2019, I was able to buy a brand new motorcycle, which would remove my old fuel motorcycle, which had obstructed my home, essential electrical equipment and the means of transportation. It was also a year when I was able to provide my little daughter with all the essentials and increase her bank account savings. The deficient ceiling in my home was also completed this year, and I was able to create a small garden at the back of the house. It has now grown some inter-cropping crops and has a good harvest. It has enabled our family to have natural foods that are free of chemicals.

This year, I was able to pay off my personal loans that I had taken from the bank for three and a half years. So I was able to save a lot of extra interest that I had to pay. It was a huge achievement for me. About the stress that comes to mind when you have to pay extra interest to the bank you know. I am now able to live freely. When we have obligations in mind, we have to make a monthly payment. But now I am completely free of mental freedom. It has been a year of traveling around the country organizing trips in the natural environment with complete freedom and joy in my family.

2019 has been a year of refreshment for my work life. Because I was able to get a job promotion. This increased my salary and increased my income. Promotion of employment has created new learning opportunities and expanded my knowledge. I am currently pursuing an advanced course in warehouse management, which is sure to be an investment in my career. These are all things that got me through this year.

Achievements In Steem Blockchain.

I had over 2 years experience in Steem blockchain. Before came to Steemit I've never been experience about blockchain technology. In this 2019 year, I've learned more things about blockchain connected with Twitter through steem. Also I studied cyryptocurrency trading knowledge in this year much perfectly. Now I can trade more types of cryptos using exchanges.

My first season of vlogging didn't successful. I started my vlog journey with @dtube platform and then earned only few rewards. After connected with fellow dtubers and and watched popular dtuber's vliogs I could learned how do I succeed in that great platform. Someone directly connected via discord & telegram and then advised me how to be success vlogger in this community. Within last 6 months I stayed top 30 dtubers list. I'm only one Sri Lankan Dtuber now. That's really great achievement in my steem journey. Now I expand my vlogging base. So I create video on Twitter and add more details about steem and I try to bring more other peoples to steem community. Sometimes I could and won my target.

After HF21 I'd like to write great articles because I knew I could more attention from whales and bidbot communities. Before HF 21 I didn't try to make quality posts. Within last two months I've came to trending level in travel category in with new efforts my blogs shared on Twitter media. I bought English grammar books for improve my knowledge and I learned English every single day. Last November received notification to my Twitter account from North American travel magazine. They added my some of photo clicks to their magazine. Very quickly I went those magazine through single mouse click. Woohooo......There was some of my pictures where I climbed up Sri Lankan's popular mountain.

I started my fitness journey in 2019 with @actifit. First weeks I passed over 40k actifit counts through my hiking, gardening, daily exercises, walking, jogging etc... Then my healthy condition was good and I burned unnecessary calories from my body. My mind boosted because my health was perfect. Then I have chance to improve my steem creativity and reach more content creator's blogs and vlogs.

I've increased my engagement basis and I was @tipu curator for support quality content creators. In this year I delegated some of my few SP's to supporting communities. Every single day I tried to look better contents on steem blockchain. If I satisfy with their quality I gave support to them. 2019 year is my biggest engagement year definitely. I receive more notifications from @steemboard. That's proof for my expanding engagement. 2019 huge year for received more upvotes from supporting community.

My failures

I had to hope rebuilt my house like as modern house very deserve to new technology. But I couldn't do it with my failure plan when I searched from some architectures. They were given old house plans and I spend more valuable time for follow it.

I have failed to release stocks first in first out procedure in my working place in middle of this 2019 because more lorries came with stocks to our warehouse. I tried only release those lorries. I did it. But our oldest stocks was gone out of date. Our company loose some of value and after consideration of Head office staff, my salary was deducted some percentage.

I had big hope to participate SF4 in Thailand because Thailand very close country to mind. I can't participate SF where it arrange in Europe. I want to spend more travel charges if steemfest organize in Europe or US countries. I reserved my time for SF and saved my for participation. I hopefully waited to receive an approval from my department head. Finally he didn't allow my request and I missed to met world wide huge supporting steemians. I missed you lot steemians who were came Thailand for attend steemfest4.

I had hope to be Dolphinhood in 2019. I know within next 13 days I can't achieve without buying SP. Actually I believed before finish 2019, I'll reach my Dolphinhood. That's my another failure in 2019. I'll have to earn 400 SP for reach it.
