Transcendental meditation with Lightpainting

It is rare that my wife and I can do something together in the evening because of our son, but if we do, we make something nice out of it.

Tools that we used for our light meditation session:

For the disc I used my My rotation tool with a red dog collar and a purple plastic tube in which I had put a flashlight. As well my Starstick was attached to it.

For the beams I used a cheap disco lamp from the next china market which makes the purple and green stripes and like always a lot of fog.
