Mi primer paso que hice fue aplicar una pequeña base en mi rostro, y extenderla por todo mi rostro, luego procedí a pintar mi maquillaje con la ayuda de un delineador de ojos después de dibujar comencé a pintar el cuerpo de la mariquita de negro, luego pinté las alas de rojo e hice algunos pequeños puntos de negro en las alas. Luego pinté una línea de blanco y finalmente pinté mis labios de rojo.
