The holy month of Ramadan is now underway, the first two parts of this Ramadan have already ended, from today the third and final correction of this Ramadan has begun, and these last ten days are called the ten days of salvation, in these ten days Allah Almighty forgives people from countless hells and makes them fit for Paradise, when these ten days end, this month of Ramadan will end.

It is a great virtue to make other fasting people break their fast in this month of Ramadan, for this reason many people arrange iftar in the mosque during the month of fasting, khichuri is arranged in our mosque during iftar, all those who arrange iftar cook khichuri and bring it to the mosque, and after eating this khichuri, the fasting people of the area break their fast.

In the continuation of arranging iftar at the mosque, today I arranged iftar for the worshippers at the mosque, and I arranged iftar for the women of the area at our house. The men of the area come to the mosque for iftar and the women of the area come to our house for iftar. Like everyone else, I also arranged khichuri for today's iftar.

There were many clouds in the sky since morning today, from those clouds it was raining lightly at times, I was thinking that it would be very difficult to cook today because of the rain, I was busy collecting various things to cook something since morning, I bought all the necessary things for khichuri from the market and a shop in our village.

The main ingredients for Khichuri are rice, daul and meat. Today, on Friday, before the Friday prayers, I collected all the ingredients to cook anything. After offering the Friday prayers, I started cooking Khichuri. Since it was raining lightly outside, I started cooking on the veranda of our house. After a while, when the rain stopped, I took everything outside again and cooked it. Today, I am busy cooking Khichuri for Iftar all day.

To cook Khichuri, first, various spices including onion, chili, oil are mixed together and the meat is cooked. Once the meat is cooked, rice and daul are added to it. Water is heated in another pan. After adding the rice and daul, they are mixed well. Then, hot water is added to it. After lighting the fire with the right amount of flame, delicious Khichuri is made.

After the khichuri is made, I take the khichuri pot to the mosque with some young men from the area. After taking it to the mosque, the khichuri is distributed to each plate. When the fasting people come to the mosque and sit down, the plates of khichuri are placed in front of them. Before breaking their fast, the fasting people wait for the time to come. At this time, they start making various prayers. When it is time for iftar, everyone starts eating.

In the month of Ramadan, after breaking their fast, they have to offer Maghrib prayers and come home to rest a little, because after a while they have to go to the mosque again to offer Isha prayers and Tarawih prayers. After offering Isha prayers and Tarawih prayers, I come home and have dinner. After eating dinner, I sit down to work online and post this. I will sleep when I finish my online work.
