The Lifestyle Diary Game: 05.05.2024 || I have started regular meditation from today.

Assalamu Alaikum,
How are you all? Hope everyone is well.Alhamdulillah I am fine as well.Today I will share my day with you.I wake up at 4 am. Then I prepared myself for Fajr prayer and performed ablution and prayed in my room. After praying, I sat at my table to read a book. Many times after studying I drink milk to relieve fatigue. Then I go out for exercise as per my daily routine. I meditate every day after exercising. One of the reasons for meditation is to always keep yourself calm. I get angry very quickly which is why a neurologist told me to do this.
After finishing all the work I take a shower and take a light meal. Then I went out for my duty with the bike. I finish all my official work first. After finishing work I go to my university laboratory. Me and my friend react acid and alkali react. I waited here for a long time. Entering the laboratory with a phone is not allowed, so we take pictures when we finish the reaction and come out. Every time we go to the laboratory, we have to enter all the safety in our hands and eyes. When I go to my friend's laboratory, he brings a litmus paper. After finishing the work in the laboratory, I go to the city to have coffee with my friend.

I sometimes drink coffee to relieve fatigue. I drank this coffee last 2 days ago . Coffee contains a lot of caffeine, due to which coffee does not cause sleepiness and provides a lot of energy. The coffee I drank cost 70 taka or 2 steem. After drinking the coffee I went home to take my noon rest. After coming home, I rested, prayed and took a bath.Then I woke up in the afternoon.
After waking up my cousin came to call me. My little cousin can get me up on the roof to eat mangoes. I went up on the roof as he said. There we take two mangoes from one tree. We secretly eat two mangoes sitting together on the roof. The two mangoes we ate were very sweet. These mangoes from our tree are so fun to eat raw that everyone eats them before they are ripe. After eating mangoes, I came down from the roof and came home. Then I went to the city with the bike. I do a lot of my work in the city. After finishing my work, I returned home and started reading.

Every night before going to bed I clean my face with face wash. Then I go to the room with light exercise. The face wash that I clean my face with is basically a normal face wash that can be used by people with all skin types. This face wash is made in Thailand. Finally I lay down to sleep.
