#Club5050 | THE DIARY GAME | 05/03/2022 : Meeting enjoyment

Hello hello to all, it's the continuation of the diary i last ended. Today by the mercies of God, I'll be telling y'all how i spent my Saturday.

Dear Diary,

So this morning i woke up and 5am and while having my quiet time in my chambers i heard my lil sister call upon my name. I didn't answer eventually and as they know, once you call me at the cool of the day and i don't answer, just say what you have to say and leave. Coz nothing can take me out of that place at that moment.

Well she called to inform me that the avhu wass ready and i should come and pound. I rounded up and headed for the kitchen. We had no lights and at that hour it was still dark. Mom began to peel the banana and i sat there grinding.

As i began to pound, the banana got finished and it was time for the cocoyam to be dealt with. I took my time and i began. Then something happened that the mortar couldn't handle the strength in my arms any longer and bammmm! Mortar got broken the same way i broke the other one few years ago. I now had to change mortars with my lil sister.

After about 30mins we were done, i left my aunt to mix all the achu coz my job was to pound and break mortars, lol. Oops! I forgot to tell you that i was accompanied this day by another steemian I won't reveal the identity. I then brought my mortar out for my lil sis to clean them.

After doing that, i left them in the kitchen whilst they prepared the soup and i went to the college just beside the house to check on how the sport guys there played. I watched them play and then i came back home.

When I arrived home, they were almost done with everything and they kept pepper soup on the fire for the notables who had a meeting. I got served with my own plate of achu and the head of a fowl. I couldn't get to eat anypart of the chicken because they share their meat themselves and we had to wait patiently for them to share.

After a little while i was done with the wiping but i was still very hungry. Remember today is Saturday and i just got out of a 4 days program🥲 well i managed the little and that's the result.

After the wiping, i got to the bathroom and got my bath then cleaned up my room a little and got dressed up to get to my aunt's place coz i had some money to collect from her. I left the house when some notables were already around. I trekked to her place and she got me water melon to chill with a little while she cooked. But finally i didn't eat coz it was a little late and it was threatening to rain. I left her place and i arrived home at 6pm.

Immediately i arrived, dad called me to the parlour!🤦🏾‍♂️ God knows i don't like sitting where these notables are, they ask so many questions and put you in so many uncomfortable situations. Well i honoured the call and he presented me to the president of NACDA, we had a brief chat, and i greeted the household and left back to the room where mom was. She knew why i came so she just ordered my lil sister to get my own pepper soup...😍

I got the pepper soup and diminished it speedily because not long from then, i had to get back to the parlour to get my own piece of meat and achu. I finally got it and covered the peppersoup i just ate with it. It was delicious massa.

After eating, they shared drinks and since they drank only alcohol, i got mine and went straight to the store to change it to a cold bitter lemon. I had to push things down right!🥲 It was another level.

Then the meeting got over, my uncle called me out and we chatted for a while before he left, mom and i began to clean up the house a little at 11pm and i discussed about my departure with dad before going back to my room to have my fellowship. After the fellowship i slept at 2am expectant for the service of the next day Sunday.
