MY VOCAB PRACTICE

  1. Lateral
    The neurosurgeon on duty requested for both lateral and cross-sectional view of the pre-frontal cortex tissue.
  2. Unilateral
    Unilateral policies are lopsided and require further amendments to benefit the public.
  3. Bilateral
    Both countries had agreed to strengthen bilateral ties via visa exemption.
  4. Collateral
    Collateral damages are often unavoidable in any war.

1, Lateral: Two lateral bridges were built, to ensure that all traffic could be handled.

2, unilateral: The boy couldn't accept be convinced and kept arguing with his unilateral mindset.

3, bilateral: John doesn't like monologues and prefers the extensive social interaction of bilateral conversations.

4, collateral: The assassin intended to kill the rich man, but as the bullet passed through him, his wife became collateral damage.
