Crypto-cash craze 'hinders alien search'

A scientist says the search for alien intelligence has been hit by a shortage of computer hardware.

Scientists are often under funded and under pressure to provide results, without access to the tools and equipment they need. Since the crypto craze, they are especially umable to get access to GPUs

Maybe as a community it is time for us to support https://www.gridcoin.us/ ?

Particle Mesh: Mesh networking for the Internet of Things

Introducing Particle's third generation of development kits – the Argon, Boron, and Xenon

I love the boards from Particle. Back from their first Spark, which over time became the Photon, for Wifi and IoT, and then the cellular (IIRC I backed that as a kickstarter), and now it seems they moved into Mesh - nice work folks!

PUBLIC KEY KRÜPTO

Public-key cryptography can be used for (at least) two purposes: A person's public key can be used to send encrypted messages to the keys' owner.

These Ikea-style explainers are AMAZING. Check out this one that explains how cryptography works :)

AT&T "You Will" Commercials (high quality)

AT&T got these advertisement progrnostications so wrong and yet so right.

Alas, instead of being at the forefront of innovation, the things that DID come true had nothing to do with AT&T - in fact in my mind the company is known for being against net nutrality more than they are in favour of progress.

Interesting stuff (I "love" how AT&T obviously changed management from idealistic to please-that-stockholder).

A bit sad to see yet another judge be stupid 😑
Given the era we're in, We are dangerously close to the point where a lot of things are going to be invented and created that'll be similar enough for those stupid copyright trolls to sue nearly everybody 😕

Hope they rethink copyright before that point us reached.

I see a lot of potential in products like this Particle Mash. The company I work with has been developping an Open Source project called KNoT that serves as a meta platform for applications with networks of different IoT devices.

There are alien outside of the world and they hit computer hardware . Amazing

Hi @makerhacks I like your post. There is a lot of hidden info which is not revealed about aliens. I will write about aliens in two to three days.
