teaching with passion stimulates the students who are around us. Those schools that we dream in the midst of these difficulties, keeping that light on by continuing our work living in the everyday that country that school we need. The school is that hotbed where education for democracies must be organized, with democratic relations through citizen information, we hope that others will come to that role that no one else is going to have. We do not have to question that we do not have rights or liberties, because it is stimulated and managed in the school that an educator needs in this situation.

The commitment the life mission of the educator. You have to be a person committed to values, transmitting knowledge in a fun, educational way to dedicate to the example. It feels sad that teaching at this time in Venezuela is not enough, but you have to educate people by going out on the streets with the example where you throw garbage, you can see the physical deterioration of the population. Thanks to the moral deterioration that we are experiencing.

The educator must be considered as a facilitator who exercises and is able to stimulate, to teach the student so that he / she can become enlightened, traveling through different ways, one of them is the books. The educator no longer has a profile of a chair, a speech that the students are listening to. The students have to discover that they have wings, this is only achieved with the example generating a link. As in any human relationship students capture them from your point of view as an educator you have to be a recipient full of experiences and be able to exchange.

Sense of life, generating spaces of hope and optimism. Education has to recover prestige in some way pride being a career having the recognition it deserves. there are phenomena that set the tone as educators, examples of countries like Finland. Their living conditions must be reflected there is a challenge in universities, curricula, change the paradigm creating exemplary formations without staying with the education of the nineteenth century model for teachers of the twentieth century for students of the XXI century universities have that change many things.
