ဒီေန႕ ရာသီဥတုကေတာ့ အပူခ်ိန္ ျမင့္မားလ်က္ ရွိေနပါသည္

ထို႕ေၾကုင့္ ယေန႕အတြက္ ေန႕လည္ခင္း အစာေျပစားစရာ ကိုေတာ့ သရက္သီး မွည့္ စားျဖစ္ပါသည္

အခုခ်ိန္သည္ သရက္သီးမွည့္မ်ား လိွုင္လိွုင္ ေပၚသည့္အခ်ိန္ လည္းျဖစ္တာေၾကာင့္ က်န္းမာေရးႏွင့္ညီညြတ္ေသာ ရာသီစာ သရက္သီး မွည့္မ်ားအား စားေပးသင့္ၾကပါသည္

သရက္သီး စားရသည္မွာလည္း စားေကာင္းသည့္ အသီး ရွိသလို မွည့္ေနပါေသာ္လည္း စားမေကာင္းသည့္ အသီး အခ်ဥ္ဓာတ္ကဲသည့္ သရက္သီး မ်ိဴ း ဝယ္မိပါက စားမရ လြွင္းပစ္ရမည္သာ

ယေန႕ အခ်ိန္ထိ သရက္သီးစားရန္ဝယ္ယူရာတြင္ ေကာင္း/ မေကာင္း မခြဲျခားတတ္ေသးပါ

သရက္သီး အမ်ိဴ းေပါင္းမ်ားစြာ သရက္သီးအမည္မ်ားမွာလည္း မ်ားစြာ ရွိၾကသည္တြင္

စိန္တစ္လံုးသရက္ မခ်စ္စုသရက္ ေအာင္ဒင္သရက္ ပန္းဆြဲသရက္ ေရြွဟသၤာသရက္ နဂါးေမာက္သရက္ သံုးလံုးတေတာင္သရက္ စသည္ျဖင့္ သရက္သီး၏ အမည္နာမ အမ်ိဴး မ်ိဴး ရွိရာ သရက္သီး၏ ပံုပန္းသဏၭာန္ ႏွင့္ အမ်ိဴး အမည္အားတြဲလ်က္ မမွတ္မိသည္ က မ်ားပါသည္

သရက္သီးစိုက္ပ်ိဴး သည့္ သရက္ၿခံ ပိုင္ရွင္ပင္လ်င္ ကိုစိုက္ထားသည့္ သရက္မ်ိဴ းမွ လြဲ၍ က်န္သည့္သရက္ မ်ားအမ်ိဴး အစား မ်ားစြာ ရွိသည့္အတြက္ အကုန္ေတာ့ မသိုရွိ နိုင္ဟု သိရပါသည္

သို႕ေသာ္ ေစ်းမ်ားတြင္ ေရာင္းခ်သည့္ သရက္သီး သည္မ်ားကေတာ့ ေစ်းသည္တိုင္းနီးပါးတို႕ သည္ သူတို႕ ေရာင္ခ်ေနသည့္ သရက္သီးမွာ စိန္တစ္လံုးသရက္သီး ဟူ၍ ေျပာကာ ေရာင္းခ်ေနၾကသည္ ကို ေတြ႕ျမင္ရပါသည္

အဘယ့္ေၾကာင့္ဆိုေသာ္ စိန္တစ္လံုးသရက္သီး သည္ေစ်းကြက္ဝင္လူႀကိဳက္မ်ားၿပီး ေစ်းနံွုးလည္း ျမင့္မားေသာေၾကာင့္ျဖစ္ပါသည္
