No One is Illegal!? My Visit in Hamburg, St.Pauli [Part1]
This topic is the first part, documenting my last weekend's trip to Hamburg, where I had the opportunity to attend a very interesting Tatoo Convention at the Millerntor Stadion, the Home for FC St.Pauli's, the soccer club "that stands for all the right things."
For today I will only post some photos ( per @esteemapp ), the coolest venue, where you find surprising quotes, logos and awesome graffiti art.
A delicate topic for Europe in 2017!
No one is illegal is a loosely connected international network of antiracist groups and religious asylum initiatives that represents non-resident immigrants who stay in a country illegally and are at risk of deportation. The network has started a campaign and held rallies to bring wider attention to the situation of refugees. The campaign initially began in Germany as No Person Is Illegal (German: Kein Mensch ist illegal or kmii) and has spread to other countries, including Canada. ( Text by Wikipedia)
IMAGINE!
Imagine, All The People......
I have to admit that I am not a soccer fanatic and didn't know how famous and hip this club actually is until my niece nearly freaked out when she heard I was visiting St.Pauli.
I had to bring her a "hip" sweater and ended up buying a big bag full with goodies, lighters, T-shirts and even underwear, with the famous scull print on it. I usually don't like to buy souvenirs but those are damn cool.
I wanted to know more about the history, the background and the meaning of those quotes.
"No soccer for Fascists!"
History ( text by Wikipedia)
No Person Is Illegal was founded in 1997 at the "documenta X" art exhibition in Kassel. After a few weeks, thousands of individuals joined as well as the 200 groups and organisations that had joined them in appealing to "help immigrants begin and continue their journeys towards obtaining work and documentation, medical care, education and training, and to assure accommodation and physical survival" regardless of their immigration status. The founding followed the death of deportee Aamir Ageeb at the hands of the German Federal Police. In the wake of Ageeb's death, the "Deportation-Class" campaign set its aims towards airlines that took part in deportations. The campaign culminated in a 2001 online demonstration in conjunction with Libertad. No Person Is Illegal and "Deportation-Class" have drawn the attention of Germany's annual "Constitutional Protection Report" due to purported connections with "left-wing extremism".
Part2 about my Hamburg Trip with my friend Pitzi, to support our Balinese Homeboyz, the band "Superman is Dead", who played for the Indonesian Cultural Festival and other adventures.........will be continued......

If I wake up in the middle of the night and find someone inside my house, uninvited, you better believe they are illegal!
@onceuponatime,
Don't stop by saying illegal :D Hope you have a hockey stick or a base ball bat to give him kind of nice welcome! :D
Cheers~
What you mean with your words :
@mammasitta,
I mean don't stop, just use the bat or stick to give him WARM welcome :D
Cheers~
Who wants "bombs" or bats in your children's bedrooms????? 😤😡😖 @onceuponatime
Who wants hot house plants, or children who can't defend themselves?
Is a happy future and laughing children too much to ask for? We see too many parents cry, putting weapons in their children's hands.
Yes!!!! I agree!
This would be "ungesetzlich" !
1997 was a very different year and situation than it is "Today".
What would be the solution?!
Simple for me :
Do not destroy people's homes!
In this way they don't need to steal nor feel the need to enter in ours! @onceuponatime
I haven't destroyed anybody's home. And I have never voted for or approved of anyone who did.
It is the mindless people who vote for social programs and welfare (the other pole of warfare!!!), to be paid for by taxation (ie. theft), who enable the destroyers (by omission if not by commission). Those who do not want to accept the responsibility of ruling themselves, rather than being ruled, probably are not going to find a comfortable home in crypto.
John Lennon was shot (poor planning on his part, wouldn't you say?).
Very "moving" and emotional dance!
Times are changing .....Imagine!
Nice shots!
Thanks! Had fun shooting and trying to capture the ambience. It was very unique.
@sophial high vote on this comment🙀
Time to open the doors!
Time to stop destroying people's homes that they have no other choice than to become "illegals"
@mammasitta,
Refugees is a huge problem for euro zone now! Actually they are human, so welcoming them is a great thing! But a lot of social problem could happen, in past few months we have a lots of experiences with kind of terra attacks!
Anyway great experience and great article you decided to share with us! really appreciate your effort and thank you very much as well!
Cheers~
It is a huuuuuge problem in Europe and Europeans are not happy at all because people feel threatened and I do understand them.
Let's ask first who and why people's countries and homes are destroyed that they have no other choice than to leave their countries?
In some schools here in Vienna we got 80% foreigners and only 20% Austrians. Imagine the problems in daily live trying to mix many cultures and religions. It could be utopia to live together in peace but I am "not a dreamer" ....
Imagine !
Our reporter of world news is busy bringing us more information from abroad. Thanks mammasitta. It's nice to see you travelling the world and showing us things we may never otherwise see.
Hahaha! Yap I try to report about my trips in a little odd way, indeed.
The big question is who decides what is illegal?!
Wow, those photos are really something.
I had no idea about any of this - but the artwork and social conscience of the movement and stadium were really nicely connected and captured by you here.
Really nice job of this post Mamma.
Danke schön lieber Barry ! It was quite interesting for me as well and it's a bit difficult to document a trip in a little different way than usual. I appreciate you noticed my inbetween the line thoughts
I know jack-all about football, German immigration, or tattoos, but I've been a fan of St. Pauli Girl beer since I was 11 =p
Wow ! I missed out on that beer I never heard off 🙀
Welp, give it a try. Beer is good. Good beer is better =)
I wouldn't notice the difference 😜
I confess that after the first 10 or 12, I don't either =p
Haaaaa! My tummy would explode with that much beer
I thought that would happen to me too, but I sprung a leak, and everything came out ok!
SID In Hamburg. that band is awesome 👍👍👍👍👍

I will write more soon about #SID. It was so so much fun
Imagine!?
...Peace; Everywhere and Forever!
He didn't get far .....shot to death but lets continue to imagine that peace for all could be possible
He did his best for sure, and lets indeed imagine it is possible.
