What Are Your Life Goals? Me........Learn How To Trust Again!

in #animalstories7 years ago (edited)

I am crazy for puppies! Cats & dogs, as many as possible! Wufffff , Meow when you wake up! What more do you need to be happy?

Ambitious life goals? At my age? Hmmm.....

This question stayed in my mind since I saw the cutest Gif created by the VP page on facebook, showing that super sweet guy, a bird on his head and a zillion of adorable sausage dogs around him. I would like to post the clip you really should watch but instead I post the precious screenshot for you.

It is so so accurate for me, indeed>>>>

Coffee, chocolate, cake, pups and a few more kitties right in-between and my world would look just perfect! I do trust animals, always did but I have difficulty to trust human beings. I've been burnt too often. Big time!

I did trust many! Too many wrong ones.....Oh well!

I might not be your every day typical, ambitious idol, going for "mo money" (except crypto heheh) but its true, my goals are that simple, dreams still huge!

Never stop dreaming big dreams! They can never be big enough!

I go through life from one day to the other, without big time plans of owing more properties, cars and other material stuff but there is still this burning wish to have fun , the joy spending my days with many pets in my daily life, just like it used to be back in Bali! So, I guess I do need to get a nice place again, where I can feed, adopt and help abused ones who need and appreciate my love. Its a huge far away mission, considering my present situation.

What are yours?

Maybe It could be your real life goal as well. Here is a great example if you wish to get in a "feelgood mood".

We used to adopt so many just like Penni, our pets had horrific stories being left behind and abused. Her beautiful rescue "angel" who saved her life, proved that trust is possible to earn. See the touching clip below.

Meet Penni, The Dog and her story! Read here!

"I spent the 1st yr of my life locked in the basement of a drug house and facing endless abuse throughout the first year of  my first life). I was next in line to be put down. Luckily, I was rescued just in time. Now, life is amazing"

This is Penni Dog you really should follow her on Instagram. Amazing and moving story! Super clip!

I was offline past 2 days but so pleased to find your wonderful message and comment. Danke vielmals !!!!!! 🌺

Your post made me remember of my dog who died 3 years ago. He diagnosed with cancer.
I don't have the courage to have dog again </3. They are just awesome & no one can take their place.

It was sad reading about your Loki Cat. My wife and I have a cat who also happens to be named Loki, and Loki has a good friend named Granite,(he is a chihuahua), about one third her size. Animals are almost always more trusting than people.

but I have difficulty to trust human beings. I've been burnt too often. Big time!

I did trust many! Too many wrong ones.....Oh well!

Animals you know if they want to be around you almost right away, with people, Yeah a hit and miss friend/share/trust thing. It can be found, but most of the time it finds us, when we are not looking and when we need it the most.

Enjoy the festival, have fun.
Here's a picture of our Loki Cat

Didn't want to post the giant picture so made it a link.)

Your comment nearly made me cry. Thank you!!! YEAH I try to get over those many bad experiences reg TRUSTING on the wrong places bad times and I also cried to hear that your cats name is Loki, a warrior! The way I lost him was a symbol because I lost more and more right after. I did NOT loose myself though ....time4sleep 🙌

One of the best content i have seen yet. You are true with your words. I am also animal lover and they are so trustworthy than human. They dont know what is right and what is wrong but they never cheat us. Well said my friend

My apology to reply so late but I truly appreciate your kindness, so happy to hear that my words and thoughts moved you.
I am on a trip in Hamburg and offline mostly.
Thank you so so much.

You trust in people who are trustworthy, people who have proven they believe in you, finding a people like this takes time. Look before you leap.

It's not as easy as you say. My senses are damaged on this subject and this since I am 11 years young. Distorted emotional vision! I even tattooed a third eye on my neck to make sure I see clearly, to get help with an extra eye

You are so right @mammasitta sky is the limit for the dreams. The most difficult part however is to find the one that makes you happy everyday. I wish everybody finds it and pursue it until it becomes true. Have a great day and thank you for sharing.

A lovely post @mammasitta and inspiring to read that you are still chasing your dreams and sure enough, they will come true. You seem like such a benevolent person and I'm sorry to hear of your past scorns, but you are the person you are today because of those experiences, wiser and stronger for it. I can relate to your take on trust, especially the difference between animals and humans, there's no comparison. I can never stop trusting people, I just expect it to be earned over time, some pass, most fail. that's life.

Penni, was für ein toller Hund :)

quasi auf den Hund gekommen......

I was just introduced to your wonderful page. You make me want to have a cat again. Since Blue died over 3 years ago the mere thought of having another cat really pained us, but I think the time has come to let go now... to trust again like you, but towards loving another cat. Thank you for the inspiration :) I'll be following you now.

I am travelling at the moment but really wanted to reply to your beautiful and touching words. I am so glad that I could inspire you but keep in mind that many homeless animals do need us and a caring, loving home.
I know how you feel......

It's a true pleasure meeting you.

It's a pleasure to meet you too. Enjoy your travels :)
