Hello Steemians,
In my previous post, I mentioned that by nature am a Foodie person.
But nowadays I am taking care of my health too. It is necessary to take care of our health also apart from food.
When we crave to remain our preferred food in our periodic cycle, then we can do it. But the condition is we also manage activity in our quotidian succession.
To be honestly speaking, I gained a lot of weight during the lockdown. Because at that time, I was unable to go outside of my house and attend my classes.
All classes still, doing through online. But once I got an opportunity to go outdoors in my home, I consumed loads of junk foods. And such is the cause for my weight gain.
Now I am determined that I will maintain a healthy routine and get back in contour.
Every day generally in the evening, I do exercise. Because of a late riser and can't do activity in the morning.
Every accomplishment of life comes through immeasurable practice.
And that is what precisely I am striving to achieve.
For a few days, I am also not consuming any junk foods.
One more point I observe with the help of our regular exercise, we get a profound sleep.
Nowadays I'm also feeling active. Health is indeed wealth. I believe I will be able to overcome my wrong food habits.
