Waves Wash Away Worries (Watercolor II)

in OCD5 years ago

In this fast developing world, even our worries are increasing with it, don’t you think so? If not, then ask your fathers or your grandfathers about the worries they had when they were your age.

I feel like those were the golden days (18-19th century). There was not much worry or stress, and I guess people were hardly facing mental problems like depression, anxiety and all. I agree, now life is much more comfortable and easy, but with that comfort, there has come a huge downfall in humanity’s physical and mental health too.

To be honest, even I have gone through depression and anxiety phase to some extent. So, I can completely relate to it and know how it feels in that phase of life. During that phase my remedy was watching sunset and feeling the feelings of sandy feet on the beach. I used to completely feel lost and with that I regained a part of me everytime 😊. It’s amazing, how at times life breaks you into pieces and remoulds you into what life actually wanted you to be.

Aahh, I am getting too emotional🙈. With this deep thought, here is my today’s art of an ocean.

Stay Safe 🙏🏼
