How I carried out my role as steemalive mod last week- all4null
Good day ladies and gentlemen of steemalive community, i considers it a great privilege to serve as a moderator in your midst. After carrying out my work for the period of Monday 15th - Sunday 21st, am here to present my work.
But, as a mod in this community, there is this piece of advice I will love to share with you guys, though, it specially dedicated to all newbies. Why? There must be a secret behind every successful organization. And the secret is LAW. Yes, any organization without terms and conditions or laws guiding it's members must surely collapse. Therefore, let me ask, who among us here in steemalive community that will find exquisite delight in the collapse of steemit? I believe that none prays for that.
Believing that all we pray for is the growth of our currency, let me reveal those important steps one must/need to climb which contributes to the smooth running of steem ecosystem which on the other side, sustains the works of moderators.
(1) Engagement
Engagement is highly valued and recommended here in steemit. Please, how will you feel if after working tirelessly in a company cutting down grasses(field), someone walks in, review your work and left dumb, ohhh, it's painful right? Definitely, you deserve some words of encouragement right? Ohhh, same is applicable here. The point is this, engage meaningfully on other people's post, we don't need words like, "weldone, you have written well, I have learn from this, keep it up", and so forth Such commendations is annoying.
(2) Avoid plagiarism
Plagiarism, what a big or mighty offense!!! Dear friends, must we plagiarize? who doesn't like original products? please, always produce original contents or stories. While carrying out my work as mod, some author's, do complain and murmur how comes plagiarism in their post when they are the original author leading to argument between mod and author. Therefore, am here to show you all the solution to your confusion. Done with writing, before posting, copy and paste your content inside Duplichecker.com Let it judge you. Case closed.
(3)Content depth
A well detailed post attracts the attention of readers. The length or depth of your work brings out the full detail. Also, poor depth affects the rating. Therefore, am pleading that you count your post using same tool I mentioned above. It serves as plagiarism checker and word counter.
(4)Club status
There are currently 3 clubs that one must belong to as part of your steem journey if you want to succeed. We have club50,75 and 100. You must join one. But, bear in mind that club200 is loading. Earlier the better!!!
You may be wondering if I really carried out my work as mod last week. The answer is yes. Below are the posts I verified last week.

Conclusion
The conclusion of it all is this, be original, avoid plagiarism, increase the depth of your post if it's not above 300 or 400 words. Less I forget, let's work on our grammar. Lastly, always check your club status using steemcrypticAnd if you're new here, join club50. It's necessary.
I verified a limited number if posts last week becausemalaria and typhoid visited me and that stressed and challenged my ability. But, am capable now. Am promising to do more this week.
