After registering our details and have our temperatures taken, I showed the technician the funny sound that the machine was making and how the fabric didn’t want to move.
He took a good look, tried it and then saw that I had my switch on for embroidery which lowered the feeder dog 😳🤦🏻♀️ He moved the switch and the machine worked as how it should. That was all it was.
We said our thanks and left shyly.
