Possibly, that dream is something you long for but it is disturbing. Why look for places where we feel alien? Experimenting can be part of living, but after some excesses and the bright lights we end up appreciating the simplicity of the nearby trees, the greeting of the man who sells newspapers, the screams of the vegetable seller, and the familiar seasoning. Nothing like waking up in our bed and in our home.

that sometimes I need to turn up the volume of emotions a bit; it makes me feel alive. When one is fortunate enough to have a close-knit family, it’s easier not to fall into excesses. Thanks @marcybetacourt for your interesting reflection.🤗
