Crucify Carnality

While it is true we are Christians, temptation is always at the door. It is predictable given that we wage a constant battle against our carnal nature.

The apostle Paul addressed the matter as follows in his letter to the Galatian believers:
“But those who belong to Christ have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit.” (Galatians 5: 24, 25)

If we are not careful, it is easy to give in to temptations and fall trapped in their nets. On the contrary, if we depend on Jesus Christ in prayer and subjection, we can overcome temptations.

God conceived us with the nature of victors (Philippians 4:13) to the extent that we depend on Him to win the battle. Decide for Christ in your life. He will bring transformation to your personal, spiritual and family life.

We must fill ourselves daily with spiritual food to fight each battle in our lives, because no one is excepted, however if we do not give the importance that this deserves, we can see ourselves trapped in unsatisfactory situations and scenarios for our lives, and we can only achieve this when we give importance to what can nurture us that can strengthen us and that can guide us to make the best decisions in any circumstance.

So that the flesh does not govern us, we must regret the spirit, crucify everything that makes us depend on emotions and be wise as God wishes, this is not impossible when the Holy Spirit enters our lives and we grant him sufficient authority to to act and teach us to conduct ourselves in an orderly and fair manner.
