Home Made Protein Bars-Chocolate Flavor
Hello,
Today i made protein bars!
ingredients:
100 grams peanut butter
100 grams oats
2 soup spoons honey
1 serving whey protein chocolate flavor
15 grams cacao
We grind the oats in the blender...
We put in a bowl the oats,the peanut butter,the cacao and the whey protein and we are mixing with a spoon...
We add the 2 soup spoons of honey and mixing again...
We place our mix on a wrapping film...
We wrap it tightly and put it in the refrigeration for 1 hour...
And here we are!...
I split the bar in 3 pieces, i ate the one of them for dinner and put the rest in fridge for tomorrow :)
