Post Workout Smoothie-Vanilla/Banana Flavor
Hello,
Let me share with you a smoothie i made today after my workout...
ingredients
1 dose whey protein vanilla flavor
1 banana
1 soup spoon rice flour
250 ml water
You can add some honey or brown sugar if you want a sweeter taste
We cut the banana in small pieces and we put it with the other ingredients in the blender...
We add 250 ml water and start mixing...
We are ready to enjoy it! :)
