Surely you, like me, forgot to enjoy life like that and in the moments of severe suffering you remembered. Or maybe you never really enjoyed being part of this wonderful Universe. You have neglected your whole life and lived more for others than for yourself.
From now on, "live the moment" can be the motto to help you realize that the most important person in your life is you.
