I expect crude will gain on the Presidents latest comment today 6/23/19:

President Trump warns Iran of "obliteration like you’ve never seen before."

Moreover, both the energy and financial sectors will also gain.. HOWEVER, if the stock market believes a strike will happen soon, expect a dip in stock prices which will quickly rebound.
