The Diary Game Betterlife December 30, 2021 | Life After Super Typhoon Oddette.

Hello everyone! May you all have a great and wonderful day. And as we cebuanos suffering from a huge impact brought by super typhoon oddette, we tried to be tough enough to face this circumstances and trials.

Last december 16 at around 7-8 pm in the evening, Super typhoon "Oddette" hitted central visayas late in the evening during that time my family a great time. We were happily joking about anything, we still managed to arrange our bed to rest. But later on , we just noticed that the wind has began to wild. The tall tress outside our house began to scratches our roof. My mother, sister and niece knocked on our door because they were afraid that the gemilina tree near them will give up and would hit their house. And as the time goes by our roof in the living room and in the other room began clapping and swinging.

And when my cousins family were also evacuating in our house the wind were gone so very wild. Thats when the time that our wall in the kitchen was finally giving up. We decided to go evacuate to our neighbors house. The kids were already crying, were afraid what will happen to us because we truly not expecting this kind of situation. We were staying at our neighbors house until morning but before the day came, every winds hit gave doubt to us that maybe thus our belongings were smashed or maybe our roof was flying to the neighbors house. All the posibilities we could ever think will happen was all we thought.

And when the morning came, we immediatly checked our house. And this was the situation that we saw. We were shocked and dont know what to do. Our house was totally damaged. My wife was very very sad and was not able to touched even a single thing that were scattered in our damaged house in a half a day. In the afternoon, She already managed to clean slowly. The kids were also helping clean the sorroundings.

We slowly clean our house and our area in everyway we could. Though, we dont have water and electricity connection from when the typhoon came until now, no communication from our loved ones we still managed making every possible way to have a simple life just like before super typhoon oddette came. I know we can overcome this trials God has given to us.

As of today, we still dont have electricity and water connection other say it takes a month to retrieve because many of the main electricity connections was damaged. And for our water supply, we only depending on the water truck that will deliver in our place that cost much per gallon or per container. Though, its expensive but we have to buy because water is one of our basic needs.

I know these were all trials that we could definitely overcome but I hope we can already go back to work so that I can have my house repair for my family to have a good rest like before. Because as of now, since theres no electricity connection and our companys generator is also damage we cannot go back to work yet.
