Fish was my kind of food for today. And it goes with different dishes. It's not good if we always eat meat so we must balance the food that we eat. But it's so much better if we always eat healthy foods like vegetables and fruits.
Today, fish was the only available in my house that's why I just cooked it in different dishes for our breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Breakfast
We bought Bangus or milk fish. I took 1 piece to make a Tinola. It's good to have soup during cold days or rainy days. For my breakfaat I also had fermented small fish or anchovies, mixed plain and brown rice a 2 in 1 coffee.
Lunch
For my lunch, I cooked fried Bangus. It was my kid's choice to cooked the fish in fried because the love to dip in hot and spicy sauce but me I just love it with or without sauce with my plain rice of course.
Dinner
My last meal for the day was a delicious vegetable soup with sardines cooked by my wife. It was indeed delicious and healthy food for me. Some of the ingredients of the soup were freshly harvested from our garden. It's really good to have vegetable plants. It has lots of benefits and you can also save money on groceries.
So my dinner was vegetable soup with sardines and plain rice.
That was my meal for today. And I enjoyed eating all of them. I was very full. Hope you too steemfoods friends. Looking forward to have more food diary to post.
