Hello friends and brothers of steemit, steemchurch and stemchurch farms, somehow I have been interested in learning and researching many of the benefits of having an adequate diet and knowing each of the benefits of each food and thus have a life healthy and prevent many diseases and there is a very true saying WE ARE WHAT WE EAT, this in terms of health so our body responds; so from today I will share this knowledge with you and I will mention some recommended diets to improve and prevent some diseases in particular.

In many countries like mine and many parishioners do not escape, there are economic difficulties, and this does not allow them to take an adequate diet rich in nutrients, so it is good to know the components of each food so that with what little we have We can take a balanced diet without reaching the malnutrition or malnutrition that eventually brings its consequences.

People have the gift of health at birth. As in the first years of life we ​​have no idea how much health is worth, we tend to live as if it would never end.

The body was not made to be treated in any way: the body is governed by laws. If they are obeyed, the organism will have the conditions to adequately perform its role and the person will enjoy health, but if the human machine is disobeyed, it will begin to fail.

Eating is one of the greatest pleasures of life. The taste of food, put at our disposal by our creator as messages of love, can give us great satisfaction. However we can notice that the delights of the meals can be used for our benefit or for our destruction.

The human being can eat as a food, almost any variety of things. The fact that we can eat that variety of food does mean that all are suitable for humans ?.

According to science there are certain aliemntos of which the human being must not do without to have a good health.

Whether by science or by belief, certain foods have been given a healing value; as Hipocrates said, "Let your food be your medicine and your medicine your food".

In recent years, nutritional research has focused on diet, disease prevention and treatment.

Food and health:

Health depends mainly on the sum of the many small decisions we make, that is, more clearly on our "lifestyle".
In general, the decisions that most affect health are those that have to do with food, not only is it to choose but how to prepare it, since the food can be very healthy but the way we prepare it can change the benefits of that food.

For what I think it is very important to KNOW FOOD WELL, this topic will share with you in several post.
The more complete the information you have about the available foods, the easier it will be to choose the most suitable ones for health.

Today I share the principles of good nutrition:

1-Use food in the most natural state possible.
2-Avoid consuming saturated fats: Such as chips, butter, margarine, pork fat, bacon, cream.
3- Distribute the meals well: well reinforced breakfast, normal lunch, light dinner.
4-Drink plenty of liquid during the day, but not during meals.
5-Eat only 3 or 4 varieties of food in each meal, varying from one day to another.
6-Prepare tasty foods, but within the principles already mentioned. Be prepared, develop culinary techniques that meet your personal and family tastes.
7-Eat in a nice clean environment. Avoid stressful or emotional situations while eating, such as fights, phone calls, do not eat when you are nervous or excessively tired or agitated.
8 Do not peck between meals, snack.
9-Avoid sausage foods.
10-Avoid artificial condiments.
11-Chew food well, that is, eat calmly.
12-Do not eat encesivas quantities
13-Try to keep the schedule of meals as much as possible.
14- "Eat to live" instead of "live to eat".
