This plantain was captured at my backyard. I love plantain since it contains a lot of iron is good for our body
In Ghana, it's one of our staple food, eaten as Ampesi and normally mixes with cassava for fufu.
Iron is good for the formation of haemoglobin the main function of blood for our body system.
