We all know that the place Cebu is known for many beaches and restaurants. And based of my survey, Cebu is one of the visited place here in Philippines. A lot of foreign and local people find a beautiful spot here. Not just once, twice or thrice but Every Day in their lives.

Top Hills or also known as THE CITY OF LIGHT located at Busay Cebu, Philippines. My friend macee invited me in this place a month ago. So, I didn't think twice because it was my first time in that place. I didn't regret also Her invation beacuse I heard a good testimonials of my friend how beautiful it was. So, this is it! Top Hills, It's a nice place to think and star gazing. You can see the whole Cebu there. You will amazed the beauty of nature especially the lights in night time. You can sit at the edge but don't worry about falling down, there's a step underneath it.
