Dietetic omelettes with whipped cream - a recipe for everyone

Hello,

As I promised, I will share today with you my recipe for delicious omelettes.

What is special about them? The fact that they are dietetic omelettes that will work in every diet, especially in LOW CARBO and CETOGENIC diet. Why? Because in the whole described dish we find only about 9 grams of carbohydrates. Some will ask, what's special about it? Look how many carbohydrates you have for example, in a simple breakfast roll;) And then find out about the role of carbohydrates in the human body and what happens when they are running out (gaining energy from fats instead of sugar).

I will come back to diets in my future posts and now I invite you to cook.

REQUIRED PRODUCTS - product (calories, fats, carbohydrates, protein) - total time around 45min

  1. 3 Eggs (230kc, 16.2g F, 0.9g C, 21g P) -> best rural not from the market
  2. 30ml Whipped cream (72kc, 6.3g F, 5.4g C, 1g P)
  3. 50g Protein for people exercising (150kc, 2.8g F, 2.8g C, 29g P)
  4. 20g coconut oil (150kc, 20g F, 0g C, 0g P)
  5. 3 sweeteners, e.g. Stevia
  6. 1 tablespoon of whole-wheat flour
  7. a pinch of baking powder

Let’s get started!

First of all, we separate the proteins from yolks to two separate bowls.
We add powdered sweeteners and a pinch of baking powder to the bowl with protein.
Next, we beat the proteins to a stiff foam:

The next step is to mix our egg yolks, which we add to the bowl with whipped protein.
We also add protein supplement and a tablespoon of flour. The whole we mix with a mixer at the lowest speed, until we get quite thick consistency:

Prepared dough in such way, we fry in a pan forming omelettes at your discretion, remembering to turn over:

If we have done everything correctly, we should get pancakes similar as below:

The finished product will have the following macro (nutritional value)

• 600 Calories
• 51g Protein -> LARGE
• 45g of fat
• 9.1g Carbohydrates -> ONLY;)

I recommend to everyone who is trying to stick to restrictive diets and people who work out as a supplement to protein deficiencies and all who just want to lose weight. I practiced all the recipes myself during all my nutritional assumptions. This is one of the tastier of my dishes because unfortunately usually what is healthy does not have to be tasty :)
